In Dallas, Theresa Zachary (Office Manager) coordinated a Meet & Greet Luncheon for all of the BVLD/BVLS administrative women in the Dallas/Ft Wort area. Since they are always passing emails, calls, or invoices between one another, they wanted to provide a more personal touch. The women from BVLS joined the BVLD Dallas branch for an office tour and lunch.
There was no specific agenda other than to meet one another, since they share a lot of the same functions administratively such as A/P, ETC, payroll, etc. It ended up being a great forum for experiences and processes and there are now plans to host them quarterly. GROW encourages the women of our branches to host similar events. Feel free to reach out to Theresa to learn more about how she managed the event and their plans for future events.
