Our Development team won a $250,000 contract with JTMCGI, and as we demonstrated our skills and knowledge, they awarded us a $3.4 million change order. Our field team did a remarkable job building a relationship with the on-site superintendent, and we quickly became the trusted advisor. As the job neared 75-percent completion, a section of the property not under contract had the attention of Netflix. Netflix reached out to us about taking care of these additional sections, and after coordinating our contracts with JTM and ensuring we were not stepping on any toes, our Enhancement Team bid for the work. This led to a $70,000 approved enhancement, which eventually turned into an additional $150,000 change order. These enhancement efforts culminated in a $350,000 change order for our team. With overlapping seasons, we became the preferred vendor to also handle the snow onsite, and as we demonstrated the ability to hit on all cylinders, we were the ideal choice for ongoing maintenance. In May, we closed the contract for $427,500 annually. The teamwork that brought this success was no small feat. I want to shout-out Juan Vera, Rudy Pena, Josh Martinez, David Martinez, Also Gonzalez, and Roberto Castillo for all their hard work. Also special thanks to Kassia Clark, Will Pereira, Alex Wilson, Kyle Antanaitis, Laura Crumpler, Sherri Ward, Jim Avery, and many others. Together, we achieved a remarkable success story in Albuquerque, demonstrating the power of teamwork and the One BrightView spirit.
