Canton: Flexibility makes a happy customer

The Willow Pines Retirement Community recently reached out to BrightView requesting a change in landscaping with little time to spare. The team came together, collaborated flawlessly, and executed the contract for landscape maintenance in time for their grand opening and ribbon cutting. Twelve hours before the ribbon cutting, a late request came in from the client, and the team handled it with ease, leading to another happy customer.

Last month, Mike Iatzko received a call from Willow Pines, a Resort Lifestyle Community (RLC), which needed a bid as soon as possible, and Mike was able to turn the contract around in two weeks. With the teamwork from Branch Manager Andrew Hallet, Account Manager Chris Snyder, and the team, they cleaned up the site in time for the grand opening. We received a call from RLC that the community needed more work, and we immediately got on a call to see what we could do. Andrew, Chris, and Mike collaborated to go outside of the contracted scope to have fresh mulch and flowers and this had opened more doors to new business for BrightView. RLC is part of the Vizient GPO, with more than 60 sites and growing, and we currently service more than 10 and growing with customer service like this. The client shared this message to us:
