Our Hunt Valley branch is growing both new sales and ancillary revenue with Mackenzie Management, a commercial partner with whom we have lost volume over the past five years. Since April 2024, we have added $111,119 in new sales and $20,000 in ancillary. The growth has been a total team effort that began when one of the Mackenzie Property Managers, Tom, reached out to Matt Rollinger, our Account Manager. Tom was having issues with his current landscaper and offered BrightView a chance to take over the maintenance contract. We successfully onboarded this new property in April. The second phase of this growing relationship began later that month when our Branch Manager, Jon Cook, was driving near the property and noticed that a few of the neighboring Mackenzie properties had not received a spring cleaning, mulch, and hadn’t been mowed. We were able to secure contracts for the additional properties in May be leaning heavily on the relationship that Matt and Production Manager Jose Salazar had been building with Mackenzie. This would not have been possible without everyone on our team pulling together and acting with urgency to show Mackenzie how much we value our relationship.
