At one of our customer sites, an elderly resident was seen by our crew falling on the sidewalk. Team members Rodolfo Corral and Guillermo Carillo immediately sprang into action to assist her. They were able to contact her daughter, who lives just a few houses away, and stayed with the resident until her daughter arrived. They even helped transport her safely to the car. Feedback from the customer included the following:
