# Tucson East: Helping a resident in need

Posted by

Tucson East Branch — Tucson, Arizona

At a client site, two Tucson East team members noticed an elderly resident had fallen on the sidewalk, and they quickly assisted her. The team contacted the resident's daughter and stayed with her until she could arrive and then helped her safely to the daughter's vehicle.

At one of our customer sites, an elderly resident was seen by our crew falling on the sidewalk. Team members Rodolfo Corral and Guillermo Carillo immediately sprang into action to assist her. They were able to contact her daughter, who lives just a few houses away, and stayed with the resident until her daughter arrived. They even helped transport her safely to the car. Feedback from the customer included the following:

*"BrightView has such exemplary workers. They are not only professional, polite, and always available when I need extra support with our residents and landscaping needs, but they have now proven to be lifesavers, adding yet another outstanding quality to their already exceptional characteristics. Thank you for hiring such wonderful individuals who are truly the best additions to our Sabino Mountain Community."*
