# Washington DC: Holding weekly enhancement proposal meetings

Posted by

Washington DC Branch — Laurel, Maryland

Every Wednesday, Account and Branch Managers from seven branches in Maryland, Tree Care, and Irrigation log onto a Microsoft Teams call for two hours of enhancement proposal writing. It’s a freestyle collaboration where all questions are welcomed and no detail is too trivial. It’s a true community where successes are shared and challenges are met with empathy and encouragement. Together, we’re creating a culture of collaboration, one enhancement proposal at a time.

Every Wednesday, at 1 p.m. sharp, a motley crew of landscape warriors log onto a Microsoft Teams call for two hours of enhancement proposal writing. From seven branches in Maryland plus Tree Care and Irrigation, these Account and Branch Managers come together like sharp hedge shears to shape BrightView’s future. It’s a freestyle collaboration jam session where all questions are welcomed and no detail is too trivial. It’s a true community where successes are shared and challenges are met with empathy and encouragement. These landscapers aren’t just coworkers; they’re a family, bound by the ethos of One BrightView. In these moments, the boundaries between branches and titles dissolve and they become one cohesive unit, united by their shared passion for creating beautiful landscapes and delivering top-notch service. Together, they’re creating a culture of collaboration, one enhancement proposal at a time.
