Ben Strickland (VPGM) and Daniel Wilson (DOO) recognized the opportunity to increase irrigation revenue through efficiency and training while also creating unity among all the teams at several branches in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Together, they worked with the Regional Irrigation Manager to set up various irrigation-related trainings, including Irrigation Tech 1, that covers the Irrigation Related Principals all irrigation techs need to know in order to succeed in the field, as well as 2-Wire Irrigation System training to get in front of challenges in managing the newest technological irrigation systems our BrightView teams are starting to manage on behalf of our clients.
