Pharmaceutical company Eli Lilly held a leadership conference at their Branchburg site on July 17, which included its CEO. Our CBRE client asked us to have the site ready and looking great for the conference. At the last minute, Eli Lilly decided to install new signage at each of the four buildings on campus and asked us to repair and restore the landscaping around these new signs. We had our detail crew at the site for several days and they pruned shrubs and detailed the site; our enhancement crew repaired the landscaping around the new signs; and our maintenance crew mowed and weeded the area. The client sent us a nice note the following day to thank us for our work to get the site ready for their important conference.
