Hillside: Responding to an emergency

A tree recently snapped and fell onto a parked car located on a rooftop parking deck at a client facility. The Account Manager from the Hillside branch was contacted after hours, and despite him having no power at his home, called and arranged for a crew to go to the facility to remove and haul away the tree. Everything was done within four hours, and the client was truly appreciative of the quick response.

Recently, a tree snapped and fell onto a parked car that was on a rooftop parking deck at a client's facility. Kevin, the Account Manager, was contacted at 7:30 p.m. Despite Kevin having no power at his house, he called and arranged for Caleb and a crew to go to the facility and remove the tree from the car and haul away the pieces. Within four hours, the work was completed. The customer said the following of our work:

An amazing response and flawless customer service. We were truly appreciative of their efforts and, if you didn't see the ruined fence, you would never have known that an emergency had taken place.
