Smith's Tree Care: Helping with hurricane cleanup

During cleanup efforts following Hurricane Helene, Smith's Tree Care partnered with the Greenville branch in South Carolina to focus on a large HOA customer that suffered major damage. While two Smith's Tree Care teams spent two weeks working on intricate tree removals, the Greenville team was able to continue with cleanup on the ground. Many had a hand in making sure the Smith's Tree Care team members had what they needed during the two weeks.

Vista & Sun City: Reuniting a family

While the Sun City team was onboarding their new H-2B team members, they discovered that a father and son were separated during the process, with the father going to the Sun City branch in Florida and the son to the Vista branch in California. Once each branch was made aware of the situation, they worked together to find transportation for the son and Vista willingly gave up a visa spot to allow the two to reunite in Florida. It was truly a cross-country team effort which exemplified One BrightView and making sure our team members were taken care of.

Columbus West: Collaborating for a golf tournament

The Columbus West branch has been providing the temporary landscaping services for The Memorial Golf Tournament, but this year was the biggest challenge for the team. With the loss of some Enhancement Managers, the team looked back at previous invoices and hours used to create a proposal and close the sale. Working with the Columbus East branch, all the required annuals and tropical plants were then secured, and the Tournament Director felt the landscaping looked even better than it has in recent years.
