Hillside: Last-minute landscape repairs

A big pharmaceutical leadership conference was upcoming, and the CBRE client asked the Hillside branch to have the site ready and looking great. At the last minute, new signage was asked for, and the team had to repair and restore the landscaping around the four new signs. The client sent a nice note the next day to thank the team for working to get the site ready for their important conference.

Austin: Subcontractor of the Month

The Austin team was recognized as the Skanska Subcontractor of the Month in July for their work at the Civil Park at Hemisphere. The team set a goal to complete a structural soil import scope in quick time by utilizing just-in-time deliveries, proper equipment utilization, and first-class operators. Their work put them in front of the other trades so the job schedule could be on time.

Hillside: Responding to an emergency

A tree recently snapped and fell onto a parked car located on a rooftop parking deck at a client facility. The Account Manager from the Hillside branch was contacted after hours, and despite him having no power at his home, called and arranged for a crew to go to the facility to remove and haul away the tree. Everything was done within four hours, and the client was truly appreciative of the quick response.
