At the last minute, new signage was asked for, and the team had to repair and restore the landscaping around the four new signs. The client sent a nice note the next day to thank the team for working to get the site ready for their important conference. The Account Manager from the Hillside branch was contacted after hours, and despite him having no power at his home, called and arranged for a crew to go to the facility to remove and haul away the tree. Everything was done within four hours, and the client was truly appreciative of the quick response.
