At a client site, two Tucson East team members noticed an elderly resident had fallen on the sidewalk, and they quickly assisted her. The team contacted the resident's daughter and stayed with her until she could arrive and then helped her safely to the daughter's vehicle.

Since opening the Lakeland satellite branch in April 2018, the Four Corners branch has not had a lost-time accident. Safety for the team members and clients is their No. 1 priority. This mindset has passed into the private lives of the team members, as safety is a way of life, whether on the job or not. It has benefitted not only BrightView, but also the clients as well.

The Avondale branch has been working to thin various trees at a large HOA. As the team began the job one day, the crews were pulled off for a more urgent matter, but they returned to the site the next day and completed the job. Customer feedback, in return, was very positive from the HOA.
