As you all know, our plan last September was to bring you all together for a GROW National Meeting. In order to allow our teams to focus on meeting their year-end goals, we decided it best to cancel that event and keep our teams in the field.

In recent conversations with Andrew Masterman, GROW’s Executive Sponsor, we’ve developed an approach for moving forward. Instead of hosting one large national event, we will start by hosting three regional events in 2019. These one-day events will allow nearby team members to drive to the respective destination and return home that same evening. This also gives more of our team members an opportunity for professional development and networking without compromising too much time away from our valued customers.

Our first event was held, Tuesday, March 5 in Orange County and was a great success. The second event will be in the new corporate office in Philadelphia on May 22. The third event will be someplace in Florida (date TBD). For each event, we will extend invitations via email to all women in the surrounding areas and will accept RSVPs on a first-come, first-serve basis with a cap for attendance based on space availability.

In addition to these officially-sponsored GROW events, we are aware that some regions have expressed interest in organizing their own events for women. We wholeheartedly support any organic efforts that may arise locally. Please let us know what you are thinking and how we can support you.
