Branch Manager, Chequita Mccullough was recognized by Forbes Magazine as one of Five Women Flourishing the Male-Dominated Landscaping Industry. "Although I’m still learning, with the mentoring and leadership development opportunities my company offers, especially for women, I know the opportunities at BrightView are limitless.”
Kate Douglas Kestyn, BrightView Design Group Associate and Affiliate ASLA, contributed an articleto ASLA's blog, The Field. In her post she talked about founding GROW, the lessons it has taught her thus far, and the impact it has had and will continue to have on the women of BrightView. In November, she will give a talk at the annual ASLA conference in San Diego entitled, What We are Getting Right: Working Towards Gender Parity in Landscape Architecture.
Cara Christopher, Northeast Business Developer, was married on June 22 in Plymouth, MA. She and her new husband, Telmo Riomar had a beautiful wedding, surrounded by some of her BrightView family. 2019 has been a great year for Cara personally and professionally. In addition to planning her wedding, she has sold two college campuses, Harvard Medical School and Lasell College, for over $750,000.
