Several branches in the Dallas and Fort Worth areas of Texas went through irrigation-related trainings, including Irrigation Tech 1, that covers the Irrigation Related Principals all irrigation techs need to know in order to succeed in the field, as well as 2-Wire Irrigation System training to get in front of challenges in managing the newest technological irrigation systems our teams are starting to manage in the field.

The Hunt Valley branch is growing both new sales and ancillary revenue with Mackenzie Management. Since April, we have added $111,119 in new sales and $20,000 in ancillary. The growth has been a total team effort that would not have been possible without everyone on our team pulling together and acting with urgency to show Mackenzie how much we value our relationship.

Every Wednesday, Account and Branch Managers from seven branches in Maryland, Tree Care, and Irrigation log onto a Microsoft Teams call for two hours of enhancement proposal writing. It’s a freestyle collaboration where all questions are welcomed and no detail is too trivial. It’s a true community where successes are shared and challenges are met with empathy and encouragement. Together, we’re creating a culture of collaboration, one enhancement proposal at a time.

As Detroit shined with the NFL Draft, so, too, did our BrightView teams from Pontiac and the Detroit satellite branches.
