Hillside: Responding to an emergency

A tree recently snapped and fell onto a parked car located on a rooftop parking deck at a client facility. The Account Manager from the Hillside branch was contacted after hours, and despite him having no power at his home, called and arranged for a crew to go to the facility to remove and haul away the tree. Everything was done within four hours, and the client was truly appreciative of the quick response.

Montgomery: Beautifying the community

The Montgomery team got to do something extraordinary for a local town, whose residents have become more like family. Recently, the Barnesville Town Commissioner reached out to the branch to inquire about spring maintenance at the town park, Lillard's Corner. The team got straight to work cleaning, edging, and mulching. The beautification of the park imparted a lasting memory on the commissioner, who sent feedback praising their efforts.

Columbus West: Collaborating for a golf tournament

The Columbus West branch has been providing the temporary landscaping services for The Memorial Golf Tournament, but this year was the biggest challenge for the team. With the loss of some Enhancement Managers, the team looked back at previous invoices and hours used to create a proposal and close the sale. Working with the Columbus East branch, all the required annuals and tropical plants were then secured, and the Tournament Director felt the landscaping looked even better than it has in recent years.

Avondale: Preparing HOA for monsoon season
